Check-in reset limit of over 24 hours

For real attendance users, there are several configuration settings, such as “Check in Reset Limit”. This setting is now available at both company and user level.

Company-level Check-in reset limit

The company-level limit is in the main menu “Settings” – “RFID devices”, and the limit set there affects all users in the company. Exceptions are employees who have set another user-level limit.

Limit user-level Check-in reset

Unlike the company-level reset limit, which is limited to 24 hours, the user-level reset limit can be set up to 30 hours.

Example: We set the limit of 26 hours. An employee with a schedule of 08:00 – 08:00 is checked in with entry at 08:00 in the morning, so that the button does not reset exactly at 24h, we set the higher limit. The application will mark the exit exactly at 24 hours, regardless of the moment when the employee checks out. The application does not record a time that exceeds 24 hours.

To set a reset limit of more than 24 hours, follow these steps:

  • From the user profile
  • Click on the “Settings” button next to the “Profile” button
  • Click on the “RFID” submenu
  • Select the number of hours to reset
  • Click on the “Save settings” button
