One of the main concerns when using an attendance & HR solution is if it can be easily integrated with a payroll software. If you want to know how you can make sure this is happening read this article.

To benefit from a special reports follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the list of special reports available
We already have a set of special reports, and maybe the one you need is already available in the app. Access your account go to Reports – Data export – Type of data export and check out the list.
They are divided intro 2 categories based on the data source you are using. The ones based on live attendance take their information from each check-in/out registered from a mobile device, from a pc or with RFID cards. The ones based on the work schedule take their information from the schedule and planning you made into the account from the Work schedule panel.
Step 2: Connect with an iFlow specialist
If the special file format you need is not available, connect with us on the chat or send us an email at [email protected] and let us know what you need.
We will need a file as example from you and details regarding the information from the file: will the leave be calculated in days or hours, check-ins/out need to be registered with the exact hour, including seconds, should the hours be rounded?
Step 3: Testing the file
After the file was approved and is developed you will be able to see it in the list I mentioned before. We will notify you beforehand.

Step 4: Using the file
After you finished testing it, the file is ready to use. When needed just download the file and import it into your payroll software.
