iFlow has been certified to the ISO 9001: 2015 quality standard

Published on:

The iFlow team is constantly striving to gain the trust of its customers, both through frequent software improvements and through the certifications needed to function properly from a legislative point of view.

Quality is a factor that we are proud of and we always want to offer, so we recently obtained the ISO 9001: 2015 Certificate, with the certification field: Custom software development activities (customer-oriented software).

What is an ISO certification?

“The ISO 9001 standard specifies the general requirements for the development, implementation and improvement of quality management systems in order to meet customer requirements. The ISO 9001 standard can be applied by any organization that wants to improve its performance, regardless of size or scope, and is the most widespread management standard in the world.”

Through this certification we want to show the companies that are our clients and future clients, that:

  • They can trust the product and services we provide because they comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • We have demonstrated that we have identified risks and are working to eliminate or limit their effects.
  • We increase efficiency by improving services.
  • We maintain global competitiveness.
  • We increase customer satisfaction.
