iFlow – use the workload quota to your advantage

The area of human resources is constantly changing. Ways are constantly being sought to simplify work processes, automation, and thus increase productivity. For these reasons, we created iFlow, which can become the best friend of any HR department.

Calculations from work schedule plannings or timesheets that are based on different labor standards can give a lot of headaches. That’s why iFlow has a simple method with which you won’t have to recheck your calculations every month.

How does it help?

You will set the workload quota for each employee once. Then, on the basis of this, in addition to the totals, the required monthly time, overtime and leave hours will be calculated.

You don’t have to worry if your employees move from a lower quota to a higher one. Labor rules are related to employment intervals, so if until October 15 the employee is working part-time and after that date, they start working full-time, in the app you will have access to both past 4-hour time-based timings, as well as future ones based on 8 hours.

Workload quota and overtime

If employees in the company have different working quotas, they also have different monthly hours. When you plan in iFlow, you will have access to the  monthly hours calculation. This simplifies the work schedule planning process.

Tip: If you want it to be even easier to plan the work schedule, you can enter the work quota in the ”notes” field in each employee’s profile. Things noted there will be displayed under each employee’s name.

Based on the monthly hours, in your schedule, you will easily know if you set additional hours for an employee. The app uses a very simple method to notify you: If the total calculation appears in green, it means that the monthly hours have not been exceeded, and if it appears in red it means the employee has extra hours.

Leave hours

Your employee takes two days leave, two days will appear in the timesheet, but what will you do if that employee is actually working half-time? For the wages, you will need the total hours, not the days.

In iFlow you can easily choose between displaying the time in hours or days. This will help you regardless of the information required by your salaries software.
