iFlow works in several ways:
- based on work schedule planning;
- based on the check-ins/outs from the mobile device (which records the date, time, and location – if allowed)
- based on the time & attendance RFID system

How does the electronic timekeeping system work?
It is really simple, you will install the devices and each one of your employees will have an RFID card, registered in iFlow with a unique code. They will scan their cards daily everytime they come in and out of work. The devices will record the information and they will be automatically transferred to the timesheet and the Real registry Report.
Did your employees forget to check-in or out? No problem, the app will let you know and as an admin you can easily fix these situations.
How do you solve the issues in the timesheet?
In the Timesheet settings you select as Data source ”Live attendance”, and you will easily see any errors because those days will have a red exclamation mark on them. If you click on it the app will redirect you to that specific issue, on the Day data submenu, and you will be able to fix with just a few clicks.
What happens when an employee forgets their card at home?
We know this can happen, because mistakes can happen, we are all human after all! If an employee forgets their card at home, they can use they can check-in and out from their phone or a PC, or if needed their team-leader or admin can add their check-in and out.
Also, if there are any video cameras at the entrance of your building, you are eliminating any suspicions.
It’s really easy to use and adapt to using an electronic timekeeping system. You only need to do a basic configuration of your iFlow account and then enjoy the perks of electronic timekeeping.
Why do you need to do a basic configuration?
Don’t worry, this just means you need to import the employees in the app and set their work schedule. Why? All the real data collected by the electronic system need to be compared to something. In order to have all the calculations and to understand exactly what your timesheet is saying at the end of the month, you will need to plan everyone’s working schedule.
Overtime and time off hours will be so easy to spot this way!
