We know that time is the most important resource in your HR department. In iFlow you can create a template for a document once, and afterward when you generate it will be automatically filled in with all the information you need.
Create a template, iFlow takes care of the rest
The only thing that you need to do is to access “Settings” from the main menu, then “Document templates”. After you reached this page, click on “Add template” and click on “Submit”.
In the new window fill in the name and the description of the document (optional). For the areas that you want the app to complete automatically, all you need to do is choose a “Placeholder” from the list, and make sure that the information is filled in the employee’s profile.
Download the template from iFlow
We provide you a template that contains all the necessary placeholders. Everything that you need to do is download it and copy the content in the app.
Editing the iFlow template
After you added your own template or copied the content from the one you downloaded you can start editing it. You can either add or change data, or choose the placeholder that you need.
Here is an example:
“Mr, Ms or Mrs {FULL_NAME}, whose address is {ADDRESS}”
These two placeholders represent the name and the address of the employee. After you set these, click on “Save”. Now you finished creating the employment contract in iFlow.
