What is the connexion between event – work schedule and timesheet?
By using the work schedule, the app is aware of how many hours does an employee work per day; in this way, it can calculate the total number of hours. Also, based on the work schedule, it gets all the data for events (how much time, or how many days does an event last). When these two connect, the timesheet can generate.
Example:
Employee “X” has a working schedule of 8 hours/day from 8 AM to 4 PM. When he adds a paid leave from 15.06.2020 until 17.06.2020, the app calculates the number of days of paid leave and then, by using the working schedule from those days it will do the math: 8 hours for 15.06.2020 + 8 hours from 16.06.2020 + 8 hours for 17.06.2020 = 24 hours of paid leave. These hours will be shown in the timesheet at the paid leave column.
The iFlow app can be used by companies of any size. The ierarchy of your company can be added in the app. In this way, you can still manage all the permissions they have, from who can approve or reject events to the HR department that checks the timesheets.
