Update 4.8 – Custom setting for automatic break

Published on:

The iFlow application helps companies with HR processes through versatility and efficiency. For example, the new custom auto-pause setting supports all companies with different work schedules and automates employee break assignment.

How does the automatic break work?

Because there are various work programs, we came up with a solution to fold them all. The administrator can now choose the number of hours worked for which the automatic break will apply. The good news is that there is no minimum number of hours, it is up to everyone to decide.

At the same time, the time interval for the break is customizable, and administrators can decide in minutes how long it lasts. Employees clock-in as usual, and when they exceed the set number of hours, the break is automatically deducted from the live attendance.

This setting is also beneficial for cases where employees receive leave passes. The application also takes into account this leave pass as well as the lunch break at the time of registration if the minimum number of hours has been met.
