Activity report

The iFlow activity report can be used with different display modes, and there are different settings depending on them. In this article you will find information about the timeline for activities.

This report can be used when you want to view the time spent on a project, by an employee, or by location, with the possibility to display by day the exact time spent by the employee.

This report includes a number of sorting options:

  • Name
  • Name > Project
  • Name > Location
  • Project > Name
  • Location > Name
  • Name > Project > Location
  • Name > Location > Project
  • Location > Name > Project
  • Location > Project > Name
  • Project > Name > Location
  • Project > Location > Name

* These sort options are used for how the report is displayed.

Example: In the case of “name> project> location”, the report will start with the name of the employee, then the project (s) he / she worked on and the location where the respective projects took place. At the end of the table, 2 columns of totals will be displayed, these being “total hours per name” and “total hours per project”. The totals at the end of the table are displayed according to the sort option chosen.

Below is a list of personal data that can be displayed in the report.

  • Internal number
  • Employee contract number
  • Station
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Social security number
  • ID card number
  • Bank account
  • Phone number
  • Employment date
  • Employment contract expiration date
  • Team

The Activities report has the option to display every day of the month so that you can see the time worked daily by your employees.

The purpose of the “activity report” is to make it easier to observe the time spent on a particular project or location by your employees.
