What is the Real attendance report and how does it work?

In iFlow you can now find a report called “Real attendance”, this report contains the next information:

  • Name of the employee
  • Type of event (in/out/unknown)
  • Date and time (of the event)
  • Terminal type (web, manual, etc.)

This report can be filtered by:

  • Type of event (arrival/leave)
  • Employee name
  • Team
  • Hours interval
  • Time period

How do I customize the Live Attendance report?

The Live attendance report can now be changed using the “settings” button in the right-hand corner of the table. The report may include the following data:

  • RFID Device (displays the device the user used to check in)
  • Public IP
  • Location (location where the user has checked in)
  • Project (shows the project/s that was worked on)
  • It is a mobile device (whether the user has checked in from mobile or not)
  • GPS Status
  • GPS Longitude
  • GPS Latitutde
  • Added by
  • Date when added
  • RFID device at the end
  • Public IP at the end
  • GPS status at the end
  • GPS longitude at the end
  • GPS latitude at the end
  • Closed by
  • Closing date
  • Closing location
  • If a mobile device was used at the end
  • Picture at check in
  • Picture at check out

In this report, you can see your employee’s attendance based on their team, hours interval or time period. Even more, you can see specific details about an attendance and edit it. You can print or download the report.
