iFlow also contains an evaluation module that you can use within your company. You can schedule automatic evaluations or send them only when you want. Read this article and find out how this module works
There are 2 ways to use employee reviews in the app:
- Template-based reviews
- Custom made reviews
How do I use template-based reviews?
- From the main menu “Settings” – “Employee reviews“
- Click on the “Add review” button
- Under “From Template” select the desired template
- Fill in the name of the evaluation
- Select the recurrence type
- Select a team or one or more employees
- Check the “Show employee evaluation information” box if you want employee information to be displayed on the evaluation details.
- Click on “Save“
- Then, to send the evaluation to the employees, click on the “Activate evaluation” button.
This review will be sent to the selected employees and will be sent according to the selected recurrence, here are the options for recurrence:
- None – the evaluation will be sent directly when you activate the evaluation
- From the date of employment – the evaluation will be sent to the employees according to the selected period taking into account the date of employment
- From the fixed date – the evaluation will be sent to the employees according to the selected period taking into account the chosen date
How do I use custom made reviews?
- From the main menu “Settings” – “Employee reviews“
- Click on the “Add review” button
- Under “From template” select “None“
- Fill in the name of the evaluation
- Select the evaluation type
- Select the recurrence type
- Select a team or one or more employees
- Check the “Show employee evaluation information” box if you want employee information to be displayed on the evaluation details.
- Add custom review fields (These are the questions within the review)
- Click on “Save“
- Then, to send the evaluation to the employees, click on the “Activate evaluation” button.

How do I create evaluation templates?
- From the main menu “Settings” – “Employee reviews“
- Click on the “Templates” submenu
- Click on the “Add template” button
- Fill in the name of the evaluation
- Select the evaluation type
- Select the recurrence type
- Select a team or one or more employees
- Add custom evaluation fields
- Click on “Save“
- To use this template, just select it from the list when creating a new rating.
How do I check the results of the reviews?
To check the results for evaluations, you need to check the report. You have a series of filters through which you can synthesize the desired results. You can view employee data in the review report by accessing the icon to the right of each employee below the “view” column.
You can even download the report or print it out.
From the main menu “Reports” – “Employee reviews“.
How do I complete an evaluation?
Each evaluation can be completed directly from each employee’s profile or from the evaluation report. Below is the list of ways to fill in by user category.
- Admin- can complete assessments directly from employee profile or report
- Team Leader – Can complete from employee profile
- Team Member – Can complete from employee profile
- User with permission to edit ratings
