Privacy policy for employees

This privacy policy is used for companies that choose to add employees in the app and then send individual requests to each of them to complete their personal information (instead of using the import feature and adding all the employees and data at the same time).

You can add your own privacy policy by using a document template, here you can find the steps to create a document. In the app, you will find a predefined privacy policy that you can use.

If you already created a personalized document that includes the privacy policy, for your company, all that you need to do is follow these steps to set it:

  • From the main menu “Settings”
  • Click on “Company”
  • Submenu “Company settings”
  • At the “Privacy policy” field choose the document
  • Click on “Update information”

Afterward, for your employees to be able to check this setting, you will need to send them a request to fill in their data.
